Night Fishing is being screened at the Leeds Young People’s Film Festival next Thursday at 7pm.

This is a lovely short film by Joe Hepworth (Shot in the Dark Productions) and I enjoyed scoring the soundtrack enormously.

It’s being screened before the feature “Hey it’s Esther Blueburger“.

Just putting the finishing soundtrack touches to a couple of short films made by students as part of the ‘8th Leeds Young People’s Film Festival‘.

‘A Mind of Her Own‘ has won a coveted ‘Crystal Heart Award‘ from the ‘Heartland Film Festival‘ in America.

Chosen from over 550 films submitted, AMOHO will screen at the festival in Indianapolis in October where the film’s writer/director, Owen Carey Jones, will be presented with the award (which includes a cash prize of $4,000) at the Gala Dinner which is the highlight of the festival.

The film will also compete with five other films for the Grand Prize of $50,000 with the winner to be announced at the festival.

‘A Mind of Her Own‘ has been screened at the ‘Cannes Film Festival.’
